I saw Dr. Edwards because of a broken tooth that ended up needing a crown. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. Dr. Edwards chair-side manners were nice. The cost was not bad after insurance and the staff was very helpful with billing - I was only asked to pay the portion not covered by my insurance. I was able to quickly make an appointment to deal with the broken tooth and Dr. Edwards fitted me with a temporary crown until the permanent porcelain crown could be made. However, I had to return to the office twice to get the temporary crown replaced because it kept falling off. The first time the temp crown came off, I was seen by a different dentist, one who frankly, was quite old. The second time the temp crown came off, Dr. Edwards met me at his office after work and I really appreciated that, because it was a Friday. However, I was also a bit fed up with having to keep going back to get the temp crown put back on.

I would recommend Dr. Edwards to everyone. He has great bedside manners and is very knowledgable in regards to dentistry. He used to be a teacher of dentistry at the University of Southern California.
