This dentist really, really cares about what is important and that is the integrity of the tooth. I've always had problem teeth and interviewed several dentists before choosing Dr. Gilmour. They care about taking care of teeth and not all the cosmetic stuff I got hit with here in Los Angeles with other dentists.

I just moved to LA and needed a regular cleaning. I asked around and my co-worker referred me to Dr. Gilmour. The staff were all very friendly and informative. The hygienist, Carol, was excellent. She was very thorough and skillfull. She is the best hygienist I have had so far. And another thing I really like about Dr. Gimour's office is that they are always on schedule. The most I have to wait is 10 mins after my appointment time (and I've been there 6 or 7 times already for various things). Also the office is very clean. I have dental insurance so it only costs me very little for cleaning. But if you don't have insurance, their regular cost is very reasonable (I know because I referred a friend who has no insurance there). Overall, I'd highly recommend Dr. Gilmour.
