Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.
I cannot say enough how terrible my experience was going to this dentist.
Dr. Si-Hyun Kim was very impatient with my questions during my checkup. When I asked a few questions regarding my teeth and the procedure, he always responded in a very condescending manner. At one point, he stopped and said to me, "If you want to know all this, why don't you go to dental school?" I was take aback by his rudeness and felt extremely anxious throughout the entire checkup and procedure.
My second time back was just as bad, if not worse. He was just as arrogant and rude, repeatedly insulting me about my lack of knowledge about dental procedures when I asked questions.
He seems to make much of his credentials from his ivy league education and background, but when it comes down to it he has despicable customer service skills. I felt so uncomfortable and upset with him, to the point where I was traumatized to go to another dentist for a while.
I highly DO NOT recommend this dentist. I normally don't go out of my way to give negative reviews, but if I had to write one - this one is it. Never, never go to Dr. Si-Hyun Kim.
