The best dentist I've ever had. Professional and very friendly atmosphere. Absolute clean room environment with a family oriented decor in the waiting area for patients.

The service with Dr. Kimura are fantastic. Clean, professional and friendly staff are just some of the qualities this office is known for. On a few occasions, I came into the office with such excruciating pain and after a very short period, was PAIN FREE! Have had several root canal and never experienced any pain or discomfort. A tremendous doctor and a even better person!!
About Hygienist: Ava the Hygienist is very nice, gentle and conducts the cleaning process in a very professional yet friendly attitude.

Dr. Kimura is a great dentist, the best I've ever had in my life! He's considerate, which makes dental work a breeze. Also, he gives adequate pain control during the procedures! He cares about how you feel. I am also very satisfied with all the work that he's done with my teeth. I am lucky that I found a competent and caring dentist!
Moreover, his staff are great, friendly, and always on top of things!

Very nice. friendly office. I wish they would explain exactly what they are doing before and while they're doing it. Sometimes my mouth is open and I'm not quite sure what they're doing in there.

The only reason I stopped going to Doctor K. is because I got free insurance through a new job and he didn't accept it. He was good - never tried to sell me. Just cleaned my teeth and kept them looking and feeling good.

This place is expensive, and the fact that Dr. Kimura is super nice makes it hard to be overzealous with billing questions. This also extends to the approval process for certain proceedures. For example: what did you do with my old crown when you replaced it? I paid a lot for that piece of gold. It's mine. They do, however, try and help with insurance matters, often making flexible "adjustments" for the patient's benefit. Another gripe, though, is their booking strategy. I believe that they tend to over book patients. I've been turned away for being 10 min late before. Also, you can't cancel appointments the day-of, even for emergencies. They'll bill you. But, all in all, his office conducts their operations very professionally. Kimoura himself cleans your teeth, not some assistant. They take constant x-rays, and patients are often shown before/after pics of the work via a fibre optic video system. Also, pain is a non-issue. So, if you can forgive their rather agressive front desk tactics v/v billing, check 'em out.

Dr. Kimoura is a fantastic dentist. he is kind and does great work. more importantly he only does the work required. i went to another dentist who told me i needed 3 crowns. i felt uncomfortable with this because i never had major teeth issues in the past. kimoura said the work was unecessary and likely a dishonest dentist. frightening since having major dental work is so permanent and unpleasant. my husband and i have seen dr. Kimoura for years and find that he is thorough and pleasant. his office staff is nice to work with. he uses modern technology and offers a wide range of services from basic cleaning to complete overhaul of the teeth. highly recommend!
