This Dentist's office actively marketed composite tooth repair to replace metal amalgams that I have had for over 30 years and have been effective during that time. The composite tooth repair broke within 1.5 months of installation. When I call a few months later indicating that I had pain associated with the broken composite, they informed me that the next possible appointment was available 3 weeks in advance. In addition I spoke to one of his staff who forcefully told me that they could not "credit me" for a tooth repair despite me not having asked for a credit. She assumed that I was asking for warranty work which was in her mind ...unethical.
