This dentist / group is a very poor choice. My husband and I went in for first -- and last -- visits yesterday. My husband had a very painful tooth that the dentist REFUSED to take care of, telling him instead he had to come back another day to start a ridiculously involved "treatment plan". They also refused to do just a normal cleaning for my teeth, telling me, as well, that I had to come back another day for deep cleaning, irrigation, etc. The visit was just a total waste of two 1/2 hours. The office was nothing special -- in a strip mall, no frills -- and the front desk staff was rather daft. One of them asked me more than once if I wanted to have my silver fillings replaced with new silver (not white, silver) fillings for purely cosmetic reasons -- that is to say, not covered at all by insurance. If that does not indicate that this office's policy is to rip you off, what does. We also had to wait about 1/2 hour past our appointment time to see the dentist. And finally, they really cut up my mouth taking x-rays. I kept telling the hygenist that the x-ray thing in my mouth was hurting, and her reply was, "We have cushions, but I don't know where they are." Nice for a place called "Gentle Dental".
