I had a very painful cleaning experience when I went to Dr. Shimizu's office. The hygenist was very rough and I was in a lot of pain.
I mentioned this throughout the cleaning, and afterwards complaiend to Dr. Shimizu about this. He was very argumentative and rude in response.
I have never been treated by a dentist like this before and will never go back.
