Professional, always kind, takes time to explain procedure(s) needed; gentle & light hands (major advantage for a dentist). Facilities are always kept spotless, very clean.
Staff is always friendly, courteous.

Dr. Susanne Ternovsky is the best dentist I ever met.
During 25 years she beat all competitors.
Once, I fell asleep while she did my root canal.
Her caring and followups stand alone.
She applies the latest technology and materials.
Her manual precision and light hand are unsurpassed in my lifetime experience with dental care.
I also find her rates very reasonable.
I sent all my friends and their kids to her, they are still with her after years.
I recommend her without hesitation.

If u want to get yelled at SHE is the one!!! On cleaning she dose not spend time as she used too. It is not easy to talk to her.

She is the best . I am terrified just hearing the word dentist, She fixed all that fear and made my mouth look beautiful. I fear pain more than most ,with miss Ternovsky it's like going for a message. The front desk help is a sweetie and the bill, damage or what ever you call it is what it is. she charges for the work she does the lady is Awesome. Not a rip off artist. She doesn't have a ton of patience sitting in the lobby she's there for you .
About Hygienist: Very Gentle. She is so well mannered I couldn't believe it and I'm African American, we usually get treated like the bottom of the barrel. she made me feel like king Jeffrey (o:
