Dr. Wong's waiting area is decent and the nurses are ok. The waiting area isn't something you show in a interior design magazine. The nurses aren't warm and fuzzy. The acutal room with the dentist chair is just that, a room with all the equipment; nothing comforting in there. The Dr. and the staff seem to be hiding things though. Dr. Wong wanted me to get my teeth cleaned. They don't do the high tech methods (flouride, UV, etc.). They use this hook looking thing that literaly scraps the gunk off your teeth. That can't be good for the teeth. When I asked the Dr. repeatedly about it, he just kept quiet and didn't say anything. So I ended up not cleaning my teeth because I was convinced the cleaning would harm my teeth by his silence. I have friends and family members go to him. He's a dentist, that's it. Don't expect a warm and fuzzy staff, office or Dr. He'll do the job and send you on your way. I guess people do get stressed out or have anxiety because neither the Dr. or the staff tries to comfort you at all.
