I went to Dr. Marshall for many years. He has become very greedy. I refused to take xrays because I don't believe I need to take them so often. I had no problems with my teeth and was there for a regular cleaning. I said I would take it in another 6 months at my next visit. He was upset and asked me not to return to his office since I did not want to take xrays every year. It seems that the cleaning fees are not sufficient and he was looking for extra cash rather then the well being of my teeth.

Dentists don't get any better than this. I moved out of the area, but still travel 2-1/2 hrs. each way to see Dr. Marshall at least twice a year for checkups and/or treatment. He and his office manager Debbie and the entire staff are the absolute best in the business!

I had been going to Dr Marshall for 17+ years & so does my entire group of friends & family. Before Dr Marshall, I was with a dentist in Daly City, who would drill & put in a filling every appointment. But when I got to Dr Marshall, I probably only had a filling with him once or twice for the last 17 years. And I always get compliments on my teeth.
Dr Marshall & staff goes above & beyond the call of duty. They have state of the art facilities, e.g. digital x-ray, fancy dental chairs, views that soothes...etc. Above all, the extra TLC Dr Marshall & his staff give to every appointment. They take every appointment & patient like family.
Dr Marshall can explain in details if you wish & is very good in problem solving involving the dental situation, timing, insurance...all factors.
One of the best dentist if not The Best dentist in Milpitas.

Dr. Marshall has been great. I would highly recommend him to anyone! My own father was a dentist until he retired, so I'm quite picky about dentists, too! Dr. Marshall is very honest and gentle, and puts his patients at ease. His office staff is friendly and helpful. Debbie at the front desk is very welcoming and handles all of the insurance stuff for me. Dr. Marshall never tries to push any treatments, but leaves the decisions up to the patient. I have recommended him to all of my friends!

I had great experiences here. Debbie at the front desk is amazingly helpful and Dr. Marshall is pleasant and gentle and explains the issues well. Stacey is a good hygenist and has a calming and relaxing demeanor.

I've been going to Dr. Marshall for many years now along with several of my family members. He is seldom running off schedule, makes you feel comfortable, and is very friendly (so are the hygienests!). Debbie at the front desk is awesome and great with scheduling/rescheduling appointments, taking care of the paperwork quickly, and sending reminders for your next appointment date (very helpful!).

Very good atmosphere at the office. Doctor Marshall was explaining all the treatment possibilities. Very professional work done. My teeth look great, my confidence is back thanks to Dr. Marshall and his team. I love to smile now 24/7. Thank you Doctor! Carol, Milpitas

Great office. Stacey has been my hygeniest for years and I always feel like she does a very thorough job and she is painless too!! Debbie does all the insurance claim filing for me, and I have never had a problem. I would reccomend Dr. Marshall's office to anyone.
