I am a dental phobic and Dr.Portnoff is a very kind,paitent and considerate man. He is professional, skilled and competent. He is reasurring and gentle. His hygienist/wife is the best also.
The office atmosphere is fun hearted and light. Any insurance or billing questions are thoroughly explained and taken care of quickly. Dr. Portnoff cares personally about his patients and does not rush you out of the office when your work is done.
In addition to taming my dental phobia, he gives out the best toys. I would recommend Dr.Portnoff to anyone.
