I hadn't been to the dentist for 11 years before seeing Dr Semrau. More than anything else, I dreaded the "tsk tsk" guilt trip speech I felt I was destined to receive. Upon arrival, I found the office a little strange, more like cubicles than private rooms, but clean and sterile. I found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. I loved my dental hygienist. Dr. Semrau was professional, and quick. And noone gave me "the speech." I have had my teeth cleaned, deep cleaned, and filled at this office and have not experienced any undue pain. I was able to have one tooth worked on with the WaterLase process (the whole reason I went to Semrau) and was pleased with the speed, lack of pain, and affordability. Overall, my happiness with the people who work there completely outweighed my initial apprehension about the style of the office. Completely professional, completely helpful, completely adequate if not completely private.

My wife and I both went to Dr Semrau. Our billing was perpetually incorrect. We were both encouraged to have deep planning, which amounted to a good cleaning and cost an additional 350.00 each.
My sister is a hygenist and stated these were uneccessary on us?
In clear concious I could not recommend.
