Best dentist I have ever had. Totally pain free. Totally painless injections. I had four filling on my last visit and a crown. Dr Penna addressed all my concerns.

I just completed a 6 month process of dental implants with extreme satisfaction. Dr. Penna went above and beyond his initial treatment plan on me. He explained everything in full detail before we started and throughout the process. His friendly and helpful front office staff assisted me with the financial arrangements. I was told by other specialists that my situation was very complicated and that I would need multiple costly procedures. I have total confident in Dr. Penna, he's a real professional. He and his staff are very caring and competent. Over many years now, I have recommended my close friends to Dr. Penna and they all have been very happy as well.

About Front Desk: Shelly is the best front office person I have ever met. She not only takes a person interest in me but she's great in all aspects of her job. She's been with Dr. Penna for many years now and that says a lot to me.

About Hygienist: Nicole is outstanding! She's thorough and has a great touch.

Dr. Penna is incompetent. He put a crown on my lower front tooth but made the crown too long. As a direct result of his mistake, my tooth broke. This, in turn, required that I had to get extensive restorative work that has taken over a year to complete, which cost me thousands of dollars. Dr. Penna refused to cover these costs. However, he agreed to do the restorative crown work that was needed at no additional cost to me. Even so, the other restorative work that was needed solely as a result of Dr. Penna's bad work cost me thousands of dollars. To make matters worse, when he put the new crowns on, he damaged one of the implants that I had to have as a result of his prior bad work. Also, after agreeing to provide the crowns that I needed as a result of his incompetence at no additional charge to me, he demanded over $2,500 while he was in the middle of doing the crowns as a condition of his continuing. I would not let my worst enemy, let alone a friend, go to Dr. Penna.

this guy is simple the most detail oriented ever. he only wants to make his patients healthy and great looking. always pain free and low cost in the long run as once he gets you in order there is very little maintenance over the years...great office and staff. Dr Penna is a real find. -jimmyb

I love Dr Penna and his staff!! I reccomend him to everyone, I have pain free dentistry and get exceptional work done. His staff is the best!!

Dr. Penna gave me the feeling he's expereinced and knows what he's doing. He didn't suggest any unnecessary treatments or try to "upsell" me in any way. His staff is also super nice.

About Hygienist: Don't remember his name but he was funny and knew better than to ask questions when he had his hands in my mouth.
