I met Dr. Hall on 2002. He agreed to provide me a new smile and put in the veneer crowns for all of my teeth. I gave him a deposit of 20,000 dollars. He got the money but did not gave me the service for almost eight months. After several complain, he finally put the veneer crowns for my bottom teeth. He hired Dr. Vellequette in Sunnyvale to install the veneer crowns for my upper teeth due to the reason that he was not very experience with the procedure. He also demanded another $ 10,000 dollars payment from me beside billed my insurance company additional amount that I was not aware of any other services.
The service of works that he agreed to provide for my teeth was never completed. Up to date, I still had additional problems and pains with several of the tooth that he fixed. I had to pay another dentist to finish the works that Dr. Bill Hall had promised to provide. I am planning to report him to the Medical Board of Dental. He is also very expensive comparing with other dentists in the bay area.

Watch out for the insurance handling of this place. It is not very competent. When my insurance company downgraded the claim to fillings, they refused to submit a dispute, write a narrative and blaimed me. After all who made the diagnosis? It was not me. Ask to have pictures taken supporting the diagnosis and the claim.

I have chosen Dr. William Hall at Smiles Dental after I consulted with 3 other dentists on possible treatment. Other dentist wanted to place a temporary crown, then 2 weeks later a permanent crown on my tooth. Dr. Hall made 2 beautiful and perfectly fitting inlays for significanly less cost than regular crowns. During the treatment he narrated his work and explained in the smallest details what he is doing. The office staff are the nicest people I met. They gave me a tour of their facility before seated down for the initial exam. If you are looking for a dentist who cares, I can honestly say that Dr. Hall is one of the best dentist in the Silicon Valley. You wont be disappointed.

This means your onlay is done in one office visit - no temporaries or tooth molds required. Your dental work is performed in a professional and low stress fashion while you are kept informed of everything being performed during each process of your treatment. If you don't like going to the dentist, you'll be happy you went here.
