I went there becasue of the price ($600-700ea), but oh boy, I shouldn't have done that, now I am paying the price.
I had to get crowns for my two front teeth, even thou I only needed it on way, but she convinced me it was better to do them on both to match the colors, bla bla bla...
It took like 2 months to get the crowns for they wer wrong fromt he begining.
The very last one (the ones I got), I didn't want them, they weren't my color, but I felt their pressure, it was going to be the 5-6th time I was going to return then (it was either on e thing or another, but nrever right). Well, agains my will, for they were pushing me, I got them. I called once I left and the next morning and next week and month complaning how horrible they were, how thick, and longer, and how they weren't my color..
Well, not even a year no cracking but a chunk of the crown came off, it was like something made a perfect hole and got a little ball out of the crown... I was done complaining so I didn't call... well, I couldn't get it fixed so it all cracked from the back, I was eating a tortilla when that happened so nothing hard but soft i was chewing (I mean, if I want to blame something)..
Such a low quality, sucha horrible job, such a horrible pressure

I'm very happy to have found Dr. Hu.
I had one really excellent dentist that did major work when I was in Eugene, OR, several years ago, and only mediocre dentists since. Like my best dentist, Dr. Hu is an artist. She works meticulously and is very gentle. I'm a low income senior and I appreciate Dr. Hu working carefully with me to decide what was most cost effective and what was essential. Further, her office staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't think its easy to find a good dentist. Dr. Hu is one! I highly recommend her.

"Golden Hands" is my way of describing her extremely gentle care - she takes extra-ordinary care to make sure that you do not feel any pain or pressure. As for regular cleaning work, she is very thorough and gentle.
She has a good network of specialists that she uses for root canals, implants, and braces for me and my spouse, and we found her referals highly satisfactory.
Serena is also very helpful in working with clients to schedule work according to available insurance benefits. Always smiling, polite, and gentle, she is very easy to like.

I think she provides pretty good service. The facility is clean and pleasant, but once a while I have to wait 10-15 minutes before she can see me (even though I already made an appointment.) Overally, I am happy with the care I receive.

I went through 2 other dentists until my friend recommended Serena Hu, and I was very very pleased. Serena is very personable, detail oriented about teeth and takes time with each patient. She was the only dentist that cleaned all the stains off my teeth. No other dentist really cleaned it well, so it took a looooong time, but it was all finished during a regular check up! She's also very good about explaining the "why" and "how" questions without me asking. The Best! I always have a smile when leaving this place.
