I have done regular visits, root canal, bridge for all my family members for years and She is the Best Dentist around. I highly recommend her.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kalaivani to anyone, my tooth filling came out within 5 days, when I referred it back to her, she said I may have eaten something very hard, and I had to redo the filling again, I incurred additional charges for the redo work. Dr. Kalai I felt was rude, and on my recent vist for a tooth filling, when I asked her about my benefits, she asked me to contact my insurance, and specifically said she cannot let me know of my benefits which I thought was ridiculous. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kalai Kulandaivelu to anyone. --Raj Shankar

She is OK.. She knows how to deal with people. Service is good, but not the very best. you will not be disappointed, but at the same time, won't feel 100% satisfaction.

I have gone to many dentists, until I found Dr Kalai. She has been the most effective and least stressful among all the dentists I met. She never gives wrong information about fillings needed. Does not try to make money out of procedures not needed. Like I had experience earlier. She also explains the coverage of insurance before doing any procedure. Earlier I had a bad experience with Dr Dhaliwal who charged me exorbitant rates since they did not check with insurance before doing some filling. Dr Kalai also never prescribes medicines unless absolutely needed.

Dr. Kalai is pretty good. Not the best, not the worst. You should be reasonably happy for the service provided. Recommended for routine procedures like cleaning. Not sure about the more complex ones like root canals etc.
