I do not recommend Dr. Wang. She has an x-ray machine in the hallway, not even in a room. When they need to take an x-ray, they yell out, and everyone jumps into a treatment room to protect themselves from x-rays. And, the yelling about the x-rays is not all, she was examining my mouth, and yelled out into the hallway at her assistants from the treatment room. Her manner is intense, making any anxiety even worse. She seemed not to care about the pain of the extraction, although she did prescribe pain meds.
You have to sign a disclaimer before any treatment, so you don't get a reassured feeling that you will be well-taken-care-of. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

Terrible billing practices overshadow any work by Dr. Wang. I, and I have since found out, many others, have had our accounts, which we didn't even know weren't paid for by insurance, turned over to collections without even a courtesy phone call letting us know the bill hadn't been paid. When I tried to resolve this with the dentist, the office was completely unhelpful, turning a simple wisdom tooth removal into a nightmare that hurt my credit score and took hours and hours of my time dealing with my insurance, the dentist's office, and the collection's agency. When I tried to complain to Dr. Wang, I was told she doesn't speak to patients and that she's aware of others' billing complaints but that they're usually the person's own fault. What an unprofessional way to speak of your own patients. Simply terrible, unprofessional staff.
