My children were to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Cary Brown and his staff both falsely told us that insurance would not pay for anesthesia. This was FALSE! The insurance company explained that it would pay but we would have to go to an oral surgeon. Both kids had all 4 extracted by an oral surgeon. But Dr. Brown tried to conceal this benefit. If we had relied on him, our kids would have had a painful experience in his office. He tried to tell us we would have to pay $1200 out of pocket for his anesthesiologist to come to his office. One of my children has medical conditions and a medical surgeon said that he should not have procedures without being under anesthesia. Dr. Cary Brown knew this and told us we could not get this service from our insurance! Run as fast as you can. He tries to be nice in the beginning to get your business. We found a great dentist after leaving Dr. Brown's office.
