Dentists and staff are frequently distracted by TV screens. Very impersonal and profit-oriented. They try to sell you all kinds of services you do not really need and your dental plan will not cover. Check your bills - they overcharged me and it took me several phone calls to get things straight. Location is very convenient, though waiting in the lobby (in the mall, basically) can be rather annoying.
