He was a good dentist until he let that woman run his practice and fired all of his employees. She needs to go. If she doesn't, the practice will.
About Front Desk: I liked Kelly but she is gone and the woman at the desk now is rude.

About Hygienist: Dorothy is the best hygienist I have ever been to.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Kogen. I have a fear of dentist. I sometimes feel they put more into the decorating of thier facility rather than raport with a patient, this was not true with Bob and his staff.
I have since moved from the area, but am willing to travel to retain the comfort zone that was built.

Very Happy. Pleasant man, good and fair prices. willing to go the extra mile for his patients. front office staff were friendly, as were the hygienists.
