Dr. Pena is very professional and personal. He must take notes about what you talk about with him when you are there because when you come back, he picks up in conversation where you left off. It makes for a very personal touch. The rest of the staff is polite, professional, and helpful. My wife was a dental assistant and an orthodontic assistant for years and she likes the care we get there (she has high standards). Eric
