I have been going to this office since 1963 (was in a different location), now mostly maintained by his son, Dr. Thomas Cerniglia. My parents, grandparents, all 4 childrten and 2 husbands have gone there. Everybody thinks the office is great. Even young kids do fine there, as mine can testify. Can't say enough nice things about them. I don't really know about the cost, because either I was a child, my parents paid, or then I had dental insurance through my job.
