My youngest daughter, for the first time in 4 years left a dental office with a smile. This was after having two teeth pulled!
I returned for dental work, very nervous, after 7 years without seeing a dentist. Dr. Huffman was very patient and kind with me. My biggest fear was the novocaine shot, which I did not even feel! She completely earned my trust at that point.
She is very competent and trustworthy; I will not go anywhere else.

Dr. Huffman is simply the best dentist I have ever been to. Period. She is brilliant, funny, and great at educating and caring for her patients. I live in Mill Valley now but still drive up to Novato because she is well worth it.

Dr. Huffman saved my life! I cannot say enough about the artistry and care she has invested in my smile. At 55 years old, I walked into her office with a major train wreck. Most dentists would have looked at the stubs and shards of teeth I had left and done a quick excavation and handed me a set of false teeth. Not Dr. Huffman! Beautifully crafted and aligned permanent bridges, veneers and partials have not only given me back a smile I hadn't seen in 25 years, but has allowed to me to chew healthful fruits and veg, not just fill up on mashed potatoes and peanut butter sandwiches which is all could manage before treatment with Dr. Huffman.
When I say that she "saved my life," it goes past just being able to chew real food. I was in an acute period of depression when I met Dr. Huffman. It was a patient of hers (my psychologist) who recommended her. I was going through grief counseling and in a rotten emotional state. Dr. Leahn Huffman and her staff pulled me through. Not only did I end up with a brand-new smile, but a renewed outlook on life. Life has never been better thanks to all of them.
About Hygienist: Stacy is the dental assistant I've known the longest. One of the best things about Stacy (considering the problems I started with) is her calm and cheerful professionalism. I could have not been luckier than to find her and the doctor.

In October this year, I walked into Dr. Huffman's office and introduced myself as a "train wreck." At 53 years old, I was sure I was headed for full-mouth dentures. Black cavities, broken teeth and places where teeth used to be were the problems I presented to Dr. Huffman.
(Heavy family and work demands over the past 25 years left me with no time for the dentist. I'd always had insurance, but no time).
Today, 2 days before January 1, 2007, thanks to Dr. Leahn Huffman, I am facing the future with a renewed outlook and a huge smile. Caries control, root canals, crowns and dental reconstruction -- Dr. Huffman's hard work and talent -- gave me back a smile I hadn't seen in decades.
Dr. Huffman and her staff, dental assistants Mishela and Stacy are all exceptional people. As a woman, my teeth, you can imagine, were a supreme embarassment. Mishela put me completely at ease with her high energy and encouragement. Stacy is another treasure whose cheerfulness and understanding helped make the "rehab" experience easy to face.
Dr. Huffman is vibrant and upbeat -- a thorough professional who truly cares about her patients. Best of all, she is my dentist who has become a very dear friend.

Dr. Huffman is a fabulous dentist. She is a dental goddess! A friend referred me to her when i had a cracked molar. Dr. Huffman saw me right away and did the work that need to be done immediately. No waiting around to make another appointment. It was a great experience for a girl thats always on the go. She has since done a lot of work on my teeth and has greatly improved smile.
Overall the office has a very welcoming & fun atmosphere that you feel as it you're walking into a friends home.

Dr Huffman is a brilliant dentist and a wonderful human being. For the past several years my wife and I have recevied high quality services as her patients. And visits to her office are always pleasant and fun - she has a great sense of humour!
