Great manners, friendly and gentle!!! My mother recommended her dentist to me and found out it was Dr. Gee. He is a very nice person that provides excellent and gentle care. Our two daughters also see Dr. Gee; ages 13 and 17. They have also received excellent care and we are happy that they also do not have any anxiety when it time to see a dentist. We all highly recommend Dr. Gee for your family too.

Last week, I rode my bicycle to Dr Gee's office because I had an infected molar. He described my options and asked for a decision. I chose removal. He managed the pain, extracted the tooth, and cleaned up the gums. However, I suffered extraction shock - my body became weak and I was unable to ride home. Dr. Gee let me rest, loaded my bicycle into his car, and drove me home (I lived fifteen minutes away). This occur during his lunch break. He returned in time for his next patient. I went to bed immediately. Later in the evening he called to see how I was doing. The next day I was fine, my gums were healing, and I returned to work - teaching. At my age (67), I've been to many dentist but none as skilled, caring and kind.

I've seen Dr. Gee since I was a kid - he was my first dentist - and I have never feared going to the dentist. He was friendly, personable (didn't feel like one of many patients in a dental factory but rather that I was a person), and I trust his opinion to be the best for my interest rather for his pocketbook. When I chipped my tooth, he told examined me and said I wouldn't need to fix it because it would only mean a bigger cut in the tooth to install it and any bonding isn't necessary unless food gets stuck in it and it develops problems. I went to another dentist (after moving) and he told me the same thing but with more words and yet inclined to fix it. Dr. Gee treats his clients well - smiles, looks you in the eye, asks about your life, remembers about your situations. He's always been the one to work on my teeth, not a hygienist which makes me feel like I'm in better hands and that he knows my teeth well. Insurance help was good, and followup calls timely (he handles his paperwork as well). He worked professionally and didn't touch my mouth or gums too much. I didn't know how good I had it until I left the area and tried to look for a new dentist. I fully recommend him as a no frills, GOOD dentist.

Dr. Andrew Gee is a caring, unselfish, and friendly dentist who doesn't rush through a cleaning or a procedure. He runs a humble one-man show in a small Oakland office, but what he lacks in glamour, he more than makes up for in personal service and patience. In the six years I've been with him, I've not had a single complaint. He takes the time to get to know me as a person and not just as a patient or insurance holder. I appreciate that he has a gentle manner and that he never pushes pricey services. (I will admit, however, that my teeth have been well maintained and probably do not need any services. But it's good that he's not touting unnecessary services, either!)
A little about me: I visit a dentist every six months for cleanings. I'm a normal twice-a-day brusher and occasional flosser. I haven't had any major work done since I was a teenager with braces.
Dr. Gee does not have any staff, but with his efficiency, he doesn't really need one. Just leave him a message to book an appointment and he usually returns calls within two business days.

Dr. Gee has been my dentist since I was a little girl and has consistently provided exceptional service. I am fortunate that for many years I did not understand people's fears and anxiety about seeing the dentist because every visit to see Dr. Gee was pleasant and successful. He's the best. I highly recommend Dr. Gee, especially to those with children but really to anyone who is looking for a dentist who will put you at ease while meeting all of your dental needs.

I have been going to Dr. Gee for 15 years and I am always happy with the services that he provides. There is always a friendly converstion and a smile when I see him. Truly a relaxing experience. He is a master of his craft.
