Dr. Price and his assistant are very good to make sure you have a pain free experience with them. However, you have to be very clear on the kind of work you want he doing on your teeth. I had a Silver filling that broke and went in to fix it. I asked for a white filling on that tooth and when I got home I saw that he only put a white filling on the part that had broken,so I had a teeth with half white and half silver filling. I called in right way and he said he didn't think I want the complete job, so he would fix the poor work he did at no cost. Well, just now I got a bill and they charged my insurance and me twice and full amount for the rework of his poor job. When I got the bill I questioned his receptionist manager Connie, that is also the lady that do the billing. For the 3rd time she had the charges done wrong.My insurance said that the reason that they didnt pay for one of the charges was because she had sent the wrong code. When I showed her the amount my insurance said I should pay them, she was super rude saying to me pay what I wanted and she was going to right off the rest the bill and I Should find another dentist because I was questioning my bill and she did not want see me again. About Hygienist: hear after you had spent over $ 3,000.00 on their office. So after you got my money you don't need me as a patient anymore??? Conclusion - If you decide go to this practice - Be clear on the work you need done, even thou it is obvious what should be done . Do not question you bill otherwise Connie will tell you to go to another dentist after they think they wont get much more $$ from you for while. Ah, Also I have being in this practice 4 times to complete my treatment and saw people sitting on the chair right after me and I did not see the assistant or dentist clean the equipment after using on me and they used the same equipment on the other patient. YEs Connie, I WILL FIND SOME ONE ELSE TO BE MY FAMILY DENTIST!

I started seeing Dr. Price because he is local and takes my dental insurance. He has a dry sense of humor, but was easy to warm up to. His treatment was virtually painless - I didn't even feel the shots that he gave. His staff is awesome, very friendly and competent. Connie, who runs the front office, is great. She makes you feel welcome and relaxed. She thoroughly knows the different insurances and takes care of making sure the claims get settled quickly and without any hassle to the patient. A lot of the folks where I work go to Dr. Price now after hearing from him about me and they're all very satisfied as well. I highly recommend him!
