Staff was rude..tried calling.. someone answered and told me to call back in 5 minutes when they were back from lunch.. Dr.doesn't have best bedside manor.

I took my two kids ages 5 & 10. My 5yr old needed extensive treatment and Dr. Hirt and his staff did a wonderful job of helping and walking her through the procedure. She did great despite the kind of treatment she was having. She had a "mini root canal" ...pretty scary when you think about it but she did really well through the whole thing. I think I was more nervous for her. I was very happy I took them there and very pleased with the results. I have been looking for a really good dentist for the last 3yrs and am happy to say I have found him!
About Hygienist: Both Hygienists we had were wonderful! Very friendly with the kids and made them feel special.

Dr. Hirt is very knowledgeable, stays up with the latest and best treatments available. He has a great, if somewhat quirky, sense of humor and is wonderful about telling a patient all they want to know about what's going on with their dental health.
About Hygienist: Every one I've used there over the years have been great.

I am still suffering from the incomplete work done by this dentist. I experience pain because of the way he did a root canal two years ago. His billing was erroneous, paper only and tedious. He used up all my insurance allotment for the year and I never even got my teeth cleaned. then he claimed I still owed him money. He and his assistant dropped equipment on the floor, some of their machinery was broken or not functioning properly and he babbles nonsense at you the whole time he's working on you. A bizzare experience.

Overall, I would highly recommend this office. They are patient, were great with both myself and my 4-year old son, and seem to be very outgoing and sympathetic to their patients' needs. Although I listed the price as expensive, I feel you get what you pay for and I received that tenfold.
