Great and honest dentist! Extremely satisfied with results. I thought the hygienist was great too.

Pleasant man, but filled my cavity without asking whether I wanted grey or white. I had previously told his partner I wanted white, but Dr. Jones took over unexpectedly, and put in grey before I knew what had happened. I had to get it refilled, which caused many problems. Also, he didn't wear a face mask.

Good, fast, no-nonesense. Easy insurance coverage. No return issues, etc.

I was in my first trimester of pregnancy when I went to see Dr. Jones. He didn't even bother to look at the medical form that I filled out to see if I had any conditions to be aware of. I was interested to see how he handled the X-rays, given that you should avoid exposure to radiation during pregnancy. I wasn't at all surprised when he started getting ready to do X-rays. He looked a little embarrased when I told him that I was pregnant and couldn't have X-rays.
As a healthcare provider, it is his job to understand the medical conditions and previous history of patients, particularly a patient new to his office. Given that slip-up, I can't recommend him.

Dr. Jones is incredibly nice, patient and skilled. He fixed a mistake by another dentist and I'm just so grateful. he's a great storyteller too!

I'm sure there are other places to go than this one.
Dr. Jones works in a small office that could use a renovation. He has a young friendly receptionist who could use a higher IQ. (She charged my services under my husband's name and now we are trying to rectify the situation with our insurance company so that he can get coverage for HIS dental services).
As far as the dentristy goes, it was nothing spectacular, painful almost, but I understand that dental services are rarely pleasent. My biggest complaint - the dentist does not wear a mask. So with me lying horizontal, mouth gaping wide open, he's talking, less than 2 feet from my mouth, with no mask on. I might as well have gone up to a complete stranger and asked them to blow/spit into my gaping wide mouth.
Maybe I am paranoid, but I think it's gross.

This doctor should be a poster boy of what a dentist shouldn't be. He is poor in communication and customer service and aggressive in going after patients for the payment that he had initially promised that the insurance company would cover.
I went to his office three years ago. He promised me that he would talk to the insurance to get coverage on my night guard. He said that he could make this as some sort of research project. That is how he convinved me to get a night guard. He knew that I wouldn't get it done if I had to pay for it due to the cost. Then the bill came and he asked me to pay for it. I asked him about his promise. He said - "oh, you have to talk to the insurance company yourself. Tell them that they should cover it because you need it." I talked with the insurance comany. They said that they simply would never cover that with my plan. I talked with Dr. Jones. He said that he would phone the insurance company.
After close to three years of silence from him, guess what, I got a call on my cell phone from Dr. Jone's office - "You owe us the cost of the night guard. We will send you to the collection agency" That's what they did. Do you want to be in a situation with a dentist like that?
