Dr. Mc Kenna was annoyed when I wouldnt go ahead with his recommendation to replace all my old fillings, got the feeling he was in it for the money. When I did have some replaced, I had sensitivity for months. Upon hearing my complaints, Dr. Mc Kenna replyed, "there is nothing wrong with the work, maybe you need to have a bigger problem in your life to make you forget about this..." wrong answer!

I was, in general, happy with the care I received at McKenna Family Dentistry -- my only complaint is that the hygenist was so chatty, she didn't have time to finish my cleaning. She certainly made me feel at ease, but I do wish she'd been a little more focused on getting the job done so I didn't have to schedule a second visit.

I am a patient at this office - referred to by a co-worker of mine. I actually see Dr. Joy but I didn't see her on the list. She is very pleasant and the office staff is always friendly. I am very happy with this office and it is significantly cheaper than another Palo Alto dentist I had been to.
