Dr. Doan does good artistic work on my teeth but his "bedside manner" leaves me cold. I like warmth, caring and friendliness along with skill and artistry. His assistant is EXTREMELY nice and seems
to care, his receptionists have always been congenial. However he himself (the ONLY dentist) appears as though out of the mists like a magician and after performing the work runs away as though some emergency is happening when there have never been any other patient there while I was there. I don't "get the disappearing act" and its unfriendly and offputting. He has a problem with being open and communicative, seems lost in thought and distracted and THAT makes me feel like a number.
Its a turn off and if Im going to pay I'd like someone who at least sticks around and seems to care, know what I mean. His attitude has actually made me avoid going back.
I also have a tooth problem that was never addressed although it hurt at that time and he can't see what it is even using xray..its now causing me more problems.

By far the best dentist I've ever been to. Great facility and very helpful staff. They do not over book like all the other offices I've been to. The appointment time you booked belongs to you and only you. The Dr. doesn't see multiple patient in that block of time.
I just can't say enough good things about this office, BUT I won't be going back. This is because the office is VERY expensive in my opinion, I have a great dental insurance which covers 100% of all the dental works done by other dentist I've visited. Dr. Doan's office charges quite a bit every single time I see him. Can we say "you get what you pay for"?
I'll be back when I make bigger bucks.

Dr. Doan is awesome. Made me feel relax. Procedure went better than expectied. I'm so glad I got the treatment done. I wish it was sooner. His staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is the most beautiful dental office I have seen.

Very efficiently run office, contemporary and welcoming design. Knowledgeable, honest and gentle hands. Always ensures that his patients are comfortable as he is doing his procedure.

I was petrified of dentists until I was referred to Dr. Doan. He was referred to me by a friend who had some cosmetic work done. His staff is friendly. His office is so cool that I wish my home looked like it. He makes me feel calm and relaxed, something no other dentist was ever able to do. My new smile is amazing. I get so many compliments that I can't stop smiling. USC graduate. Had 8 veneers, more pleasant than anticipated. Explained insurance converage to me. Very gentle hand.

Not only is Dr. Doan a postive person but so is his staff. He does excellent work. I've been very happy with his office!!
