I had a terrible experience with Dental by Design. I went because I needed a dentist in my new area, and a relative of mine would get points towards some prize if I went there. Well, they recommended that I do major surgeries and more making it sound like I should do the expensive surgeries before the cavities etc. They also told me to pay up front and get a 10% discount for the work I needed done. I was sucked in and paid and then after thinking about it was surprised that the thousands of dollars on surgery was happening before getting some cavities fixed. I asked more about the surgery only to discover that it was purely cosmetic! I asked them to just fill the cavities and clean. My new dentist has shown me some preventative ways to fix gums and said that the surgery was definitely not necessary.

Dr. Herrero has been our family dentist for over 10 years and I believe he is the best we had.

He has been my dentist for the past 2 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. When I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Herrero, he and his staff made the a usually incomfortable experience quite tolerable. His staff is A-1, very friendly and extremely helpful.
