4 tooth bridge in 2008, and has gone horribly bad. I have made many requests by phone, letter and office visits for help due to infections and taste of decay. I explained situation in a detailed letter and a plead for help to assist me in a solution. I no longer can continue to pay high cost of dental care. I was a long time patient that paid thousands of $ over the years thru combination by me & dental plans. Now that I can't afford due to disability status causing financial hardships, I have not even receive a phone call from the dentist. The business manager refuses to let me discuss directly with Dr Sanderson. Untreated, it continues to pose health risk. Seems to be refusal to stand good for the quality of work on "her" recommended 4 tooth bridge. I asked for help to replace it, even at a reduced cost and approve a reasonable payment plan due to my limited income (since late 2011). I provided ample details of a "bad fit" per confirmation by 4 other dentists. I provided independent X-rays. All my pleads for help have been ignored. I finally found a dentist that will remove the front anchor tooth for reasonable cost because of the rotting condition and infection in the near future. This is only a temporary fix!
About Front Desk: business manager denies access to dentist when I have called in and visited the office to discuss bridge that has been rotting from the beginning inside the anchor tooth that I also paid to have a root canal! Just does not care about making things right, working out a solution, appears to be only about money.

Dr. Sanderson is a great person to talk to, incredibly friendly and a completely professional dentist. I had a great first experience with her after moving to the area. She did a more complete X-Ray than I have ever had and I felt like she completely checked my teeth. Her staff is also friendly and gentle - great for dental wimps! I would highly recommend Dr. Sanderson to anyone who is looking for a personable, interesting and all-around great dentist.
