I have been a patient of Dr. Zin for approximately 8 years since moving here. I have ALWAYS had outstanding treatment from Dr. Zin and her staff. I have had extensive dental work performed in Dr. Zin's office and I have outstanding results-needless to say, a beautiful smile. Dr. Zin and her staff are very friendly, and very calming, especially considering that I am very nervous about dental appointments, having had a very bad experience in a different Doctor's office. I will also use Dr. Zin's services for my children as I've seen her interact with kids during my visits. If any of you are afraid of needles, or have children who dread dental visits, please go to Dr. Zin. You DO NOT feel the shots!!
Dr. Zin and her staff have always made sure that my billings were properly provided to my insurance, and that all charges were explained to me prior to services. I often refer my friends and co-workers to Dr. Zin. If we ever move away, I will not hesitate to fly to San Diego to utilize her facilities! I have been so fortunate to find this doctor. As I am so confident in the services I receive at this office, I won't hesitate to sign my name. Please feel free to call me for a reference.

Overall poor experience with Dr. Nguyen-Zin. Initially fired her after a incident of poor service. Further problems with what I would consider improper billing for services not provided.
