This is the best dentist i know-- he is so gentle and caring!!!! I have rec. Several people to him my sister and coworkers!! His work is also very beautiful have had several crowns done by him--awesome and kind --thank you

At first I felt that Dr Holm was a good dentist, but after having 2 root canals and 1 crown. I felt that it was always based on money. You see I was double covered my insurance and my husbands both Delta Dental. Yet after 2 root canals and 1 crown and a deep cleaning I had put out of my own pocket over 1600.00. , and was told I owed an additional 357.00, I am dual covered and had only been to this dentist 6 times. A red flag went up and I said to myself why is it so expensive and why do I owe this amount, after every office visit I asked what my portion was and wrote a check to cover that amount. Yet still after a month of no dental treatment they tell me I owe 357.00, for what I am dual covered and I always paid my deductible at the time of the visit. I also had a cavity that was causing me pain and was told by the staff that I could not make an appointment to have it fixed because it wasn't in the "treatment plan". What is that I had a tooth ache and had insurance and had a dentist, but could not have it fixed because it was not in the treatment plan..........? What? I called the office and asked the Dr. to call me back regarding this issue, it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting to hear from Dr. Holm.
