Most expensive dentist bill ever. Manager Peter K runs the place like a Las Vegas casino. Charged me four times the going rate and then arbitrarily adjusted it upward. Work was non-complex, yet charged the equivalent to an implant. She needs to get rid of this business manager before he ruins her practice..

Horrible experience with this woman, obviously when she was fresh out of school and I have been most certain to avoid her. Horrible disposition to my anxieties and fears. Asked her to be a bit more gentle...her response was "I'm going to DO IT the way I was taught!!" I will NEVER forget how she treated me. So best believe my search for a dentist will continue after I post this review.

Dr Shook is extremely friendly, very careful and very caring. Peter, the office manager, is excellent as well. We've rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. Dr Shook may occasionally talk dentistry, but she is definitely not one of those dentist/saleman types.

Dr Shook is extremely professional and I am very comfortable in her care. She is very thorough and does not do any unnecessary work. I highly recommend her especially to those of us who tend to be intimidated by Dentists.

She was very nice with a good touch. She does have a little of a personality quirkiness. Hope you don't mind being talked over.

Dr. Shook is a superb dentist who is devoted to keeping her patient's teeth healthy and beautiful. There is little to no waiting time for your appointment. The office is immaculate, and she uses state of the art equipment. She explains everything and is patient and thorough when answering questions. I have MCS/chemical sensitivity and she has completely accomodated my needs. Although her office is quite far from where I live, I'm happy to make the drive because of her expertise. Highly recommended!
