I have been seeing Dr.Brian for quite some time now and because of him and his asst. Nicole...I NO LONGER dread a visit to the dentist. I get a list of viable options, a worse case scenario and the patience to make my own call. He has an excellent sense of humor (as does Nicole) which make bantering easy and lowers unnecessary stress. I would recommend Dr. Brian to anyone who wants kind, considerate, professional and comfortable dental care.
About Front Desk: Front office girls are always smiling, friendly and I have never waited more than 10 minutes!

He has gone above and beyond for me and my daughter! Western dental turned us away after 3 visits and told us that fixing my daughters tooth was not doable. I went to Dr cass and explained the situation and he had her fixed in an hour!!

Dr. Brian Cass was recommended by a friend when my father was looking for a new Dentist. My father was impressed with him so when I was having tooth pain I decided to check out his office. I have no insurance so cost is a big issue for me, I was surprised at how inexpensive my extraction was, only $200 total thats including x-rays, exam and extraction !! To be honest I would have paid double that for the visit. The front office staff is so friendly and sweet and Dr.Cass was gentle, professional, friendly and explained each step of the procedure. I was sooo nervous and he set me at ease right away. I have found my new Dentist!!!!
