I was with Dr. Mike Nelson for 20 years.
Finally, I have become disgusted with his billing practice........He ALWAYS bills me for more than I owe.......then I spend hours figuring out.......on the phone and matching documents......because I have to prove they owe me a refund...............they never make good on thier overbilling!............. I DON"T HAVE THE Time to always be arguing with them......Dr. Mike needs to wise up and realize his crummy billing is driving his clients away! I am long gone!!!! And very happy with my new dentist who NEVER overbills.........I warn you...do not begin on this Treadmill!!!!!!!! Chose a dentist who does not overbill!!! :) sorry...but that means stay away from Dr. Mike~!
About Hygienist: I love Jennifer.....wish I could have stayed with her....but could not afford the time always exporing the overcharges with this office.....love her-hate her billing!~!!!!
