He put in a defective temporary and permanent crown - the former fell out in a day and the latter fell out in a year. When I called for help 2 times over 2 weeks HE IGNORED MY CALLS. He'll take your money for substandard work but he will ignore you if something goes wrong.

He did deftective work on my crown. It never fit from the start and when it fell out a year later, he ignored my phone calls for help. I should have suspected something when he dropped the crown THREE times before installing defectively - open gap in the gumline).
No on is perfect...what gets me is that he IGNORED my calls after the crown fell out.

The best in my life time ,I've when to many dentistry in my life time,I'am 70 years young ,my wif is 65 young.We both have had cancer DR. Alvarado took this information in consderation and explan the x-rays to us before treatment.He has the latest x-ray equipment in his office.The staff ii great. DR.Alvarado has perfome root canal tooth ,removal teeth cleaning ,and orther dental care for my both my and my self with no pain to talk about. DR.Alvarado and staff has just been great I would never switch for another d.d.s. Thank you DR.Alvarado and staff. Contintue sucess. Earl and Tommie..
