Although Dr Bock is a very friendly and kind person, he and his staff are often very unprofessional. Dr Bock frequently tries to put his hands in my mouth without using gloves. His staff is sometimes jerky with their tools and have poked me in the mouth and lips to the point of bleeding several times during routine visits. I have also seen Dr Bock yell at his employees in a very demeaning way, that also makes me as patient extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend his a dentist and I have continued to see Dr Bock ONLY because he has already started my treatment and I cannot find a dentist who is willing to finish the procedure if they are not the ones who originally started it. I will continue to see Dr Bock only because I have to until my treatment is done and then I will definately begin to see someone else. I am sure that there are some patients who really enjoy his laid back approach, but for my family we would prefer a doctor with much more professionialism.

Dr. Bock has been my dentist for 10 years. He also has been taking care of my 2 daughters since they were born. He is a very gental and caring person. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist and staff.. Thanks Dr. Bock. Wendy Smith and family.
