Dr. Chan's professional knowledge and skills are top-notch. He used to teach dentistry in San Francisco. He skillfully saved one nearly hopeless tooth of mine 15 years ago. And he often go extra mile to help me improve the condition my gum disease. He has volunteered to treat patients in poor countries many times. He is the only dentis IO know that opens on Saturday. All of my visits are on Saturdays.
One caveat: Dr Chan's appointments are often double- or triple-booked. Long waiting at the office is the norm rather than exception.
