I had a very good experience and I very highly recommend Dr. Chiang. Her staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, her office has state of the art technology and is very clean. I went to her for a cleaning and for several older fillings that needed replacing. I had previously seen two dentists who told me I needed root canal therapy. I was not happy about this, so I went to an online dental forum and had other dentists look at my x-rays. All of them told me that I needed a root canal. I was not experiencing any of the typical discomfort associated with some one needing a root canal procedure, so I visited Dr. Chiang for a third opinion.
Rather than jumping to conclusion, Dr. Chiang closely examined my tooth, took her own set of x-rays and then worked diligently to try to clean out a very large cavity. She could not promise me any results until she was done, but I was so pleasantly surprised that she was able to fully repair the tooth without needing to perform a root canal! I am still so happy about this and really cannot thank her enough. I also want to say that she is very smart, friendly and extremely thorough. She took her time and provided me with the most excellent care.
