After being a loyal patient for over 30 years, I needed Dr. Lisa to work with me regarding some dental procedures and treatments. She wanted to overcharge me and also submit bills to my dental insurance company for procedures that were not valid or required. I was very dissappointed in her so I left her practice and am now with a wonderful new dentist.
About Front Desk: One of the front desk staff who has been there for many years is very nice - the other isn't.
About Hygienist: The dental hygienist was awesome - I will miss her very much.

Doctor Lisa took over when her father, Jerome Dobak, retired. My family were patients when he began his practice in the Arden Way area, late 1950s. I began seeing him in 1958. When Dr. Lisa Dobak began her practice, I was seen by her. How long ago? I do not remember. But I moved to Hawaii in 2002 upon retireing from United Airlines, and now live in Thailand. I will not use other dentist but Dr. Dobak, or her husband, Dr. Korn. I fly back and forth from Kona and Bangkok for my dental work. have received constant compliments about my teeth, even being asked if I am a dentist! I love to smile
About Hygienist: Unfortuantely I do not remember their last names, but both at Dr. Dobak's office are the best. I can only use superlatives about them, an Dr. Dobak

Dr. Lisa Dobak, is a excellent dentist this is my second review that I have written about her. She always is considers possible my opinion on procedures and make sure that I understand the procedures. I just completed getting a crown for a broken tooth and her positive approach helped to make the procedure painless. She always wants to know things that are happening with me. She always ask me how my snow skiing is doing this year. I am avid snow skier and she knows it and always wants to know how I am doing in skiing and in general. She is one of the best Dentiist in Sacramento. I would highly recomend to her to anyone in the Sacramento area. Those who do not have her has a dentist really do not known what they are missisng out . She is the best!!

Dr. Dobak was my dentist for 10+ years -- and I even continued seeing her when I took a job 250 miles away and had to take a day off work to see her -- it was worth the drive to know that I was in the hands of one of the finest dentists I have ever met (Im now 54 with a genetically bad mouth -- flora and fauna love it more than virgin rainforests, so Ive seen quite a few dentists in my life) -- Finally, in a winter of no relief, the Sierra Nevada got the best of me and I was reluctantly forced to change. Shedone just about anything you can think of that a general dentist can do and referred me to some highly skilled specialists when the work was out of her field of specialty. She is kind. Gentle. Friendly. Genuinely concerned for ME as a patient. She takes her time and does the work right, even when it doesn't fit into the allotted 'time slot'. AND, SHE KNOWS MY CHART AND HISTORY!!!!! That means she truly cares. If she were closer than 250 miles one way, Id still be seeing her she is that good. Another way to think of her is this: in the early days women had to be twice a good as men to enter and finish dental school. She was one of those students who competed on an unfair playing field, and won!

Dr. Lisa Dobak is a excellent dentist. She is always conecerned about possible problems with my teeth. Always explains procedures so there is a complete understanding. She always friendly and professional. I think is one of the best in Sacramento, CA
