He does not go over what his procedures. and does things without telling such as partial root canals..also this effected the billing as he told me afterwards..only done on children and treated me like a child..i had horrible infections and had to go to emergency dental group..also they ignore phone calls

I have never had such a wonderful dentist before I decided to go to Dr. Lai. His whole staff is wonderful. Even my pre-teen boys liked him and wouldn't mind going back. I highly recommend him! Thank you Dr. Lai!! Rebecca & Family
