No hygeinist, which is a big plus in my opinion - she does it all except for one person in the front office. The small office isn't fancy, also cool by me. She is personable, informative, compentent, timely and never surprised me with unexpected billing items as so many other dentists are guilty of. I've never had to deal with my insurance people about any questions or changes, her office is always on top of that.
