Read Reviews for Dr. Chester Banaag
I think Dr. Banaag is an ok dentist, and the prices are normal, but sometimes I feel like he is too much in a rush to really pay attention to what's going on. I don't feel informed on long term and preventative care.

Dr. Banaag is focused on one thing-making money. From the get-go, he complained to me that my (inferior) dental plan didn't pay him sufficiently. Yesterday, when I went in to have him redo a bonding on my front tooth, he had the nerve to ask me to pay first, explaining to me that that was their new policy. Shocked, I walked to the front desk and asked the receptionist if I pay first and she replied, "No, you pay after the services are rendered." So, he and his staff lied and I am not surprised. The entire office and all of his employees are hostile and secretive and this is taboo for a dentist. I always felt uncomfortable there. Furthermore, one already comes in to a dental office with high anxiety.
I am outraged and ultimately walked out and don't recommend anyone to Dr. Banaag for his ill treatment of me and undoubtedly many, many others.
Patients aren't responsible to their dentist for his/her health and welfare at least not yet!! Dr. Banaag makes dentistry look like real estate investing.

Dr. Banaag has been the family dentist for my husband and in-laws forever, and I just started seeing him a couple years ago.
He is so warm and easy to talk to, and both of the hygenists who have cleaned my teeth have been very thorough and gentle.
The office is also very clean and nice - great view of San Diego from your chair, too.
Going to the dentist is never a stressful event.
I'm sure Dr. Banaag will be our family dentist well into the future. I would recommend him to anyone with confidence.
