Absolutely horrible service. I scheduled an appointment for noon and it took over two hours to see the dentist!!! It started out with the receptionist forgetting that I had signed in for the appointment. This receptionist was an old Vietnamese woman who spoke a lot and has brown hair. After half an hour, I finally made it into the x-ray room. It took another half hour for someone to take my x-rays. I asked someone what was taking so long and they said that the dentist was taking care of someone that just WALKED IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Then I waited another hour for someone to actually read my x-rays. That's when the dentist came in. I was only there for a cleaning and after a couple apologies, he finally started to clean my teeth and floss them. The cleaning/flossing only took around 10 minutes. He could tell I was fuming and enraged at the dentistry at this point.
There is just no excuse for this kind of service, especially when there are TWO dentists working together. You would think that they would be more considerate. Do not come here!
About Front Desk: They forgot I had signed in for my appointment. They thought I was just part of another person's group who had visited the dentists. They repeatedly lied to me when I asked them how long it was going to take.

I've been going to Dr. Bao's office for several years now. I've had fillings, root canals, crowns, and wisdom tooth extractions here. Overall, I am very happy with his work. I highly recommend Dr. Bao to anyone who wants great service for a very reasonable price.

Terrible. Do not go to him. He ruined my front tooth. He is very nice, but unprofessional, and did not accept blame for what he did. Don't be attracted for how cheap he is. There is a reason for that.

I've been seeing Dr. Bao for a while. Overall good guy. A lot of experience.
