Definitely not the case. The entire staff is very helpful and informative, as well as compassionate. Deb Wright was extremely helpful during the procedure and the follow up. The entire facility is 5 star in every respect.

I received an exam and x-rays, he said I had 5 cavities and using a mirror, showed me discolorations on the respective teeth to back up his claim of my having cavities. I was very surprised as that was a lot of cavities to have acquired since my last dentist examination, so I got a second opinion and in that examination and using the x-rays from Four Seasons, was shown to have no tooth decay and have not by any other dentist since. He is a fraud and was going to drill in my mouth on perfectly healthy teeth. I was quoted of $1,050 for this work. This happened four years ago, but I still feel an obligation to warn other unsuspecting patients before they get unnecessary work done on their mouth.

He was fine in the past, but this time was COMPLETELY different. He was verbally abusive during the procedures. It was an absolutely horrible experience. Dr. Wright yelled, yes, literally yelled at me while working. When he was done he just got up and left without a word. The hygenist, who was visibly distraught, didn't know if he was done or not and had to go ask.
To over pay and get something for it is one thing. To over pay and get nothing is bad. But to grossly over pay, like at the Four Seasons Dental Spa, and be abused is terrible.
