The Dentist himself Dr. Jefforey Dolberry, I really trusted up until August 2016, I went to him in May 2016, to have some wk. done, but he told me that he'll get started on me when I'm able to pay my part, which he gave me a rather high total but I didnt really pay any attention, But when I went back in June he wouldnt come out to see me himself, but his assistant Valerie came in the room and asked what are you having done today, which I found kinda strange, with her holding my chart in her hand, I told her she said well you know he's not gonna start on you until you pay your portion, I asked please could I speak to him, She went to the back and came back and said, he said he'll give you a call, BUT he's done already billed my insurance company. So days went by, no call. One day a get a explanation of benefits in the mail saying that my insurance company has sent this man 2 checks and he hasn't even started the job. At that time I made another appt. which was for August 8, 2016. I got there and got back in the room in the chair prepared to pared my portion of what I owed after Insurance had taken care of their part, His Assistant Valerie comes in with a very smart attitude with me as she was when I went in June,
About Front Desk: The other young lady that sits at the front desk, she's younger that that MEAN assistant and much nicer.
About Hygienist: Valerie comes in and ask are you prepared to pay today because he said if not he cant start on you, I said yes I'm prepared to pay, she ask how much do you have, I told her and she say thats not enough, I said wait a minute where do you come up with your total and she pointed out The Adjustment Fee and The Patient Pay. I said no I'm not suppose to pay the adjustment fee, I said I dont at my Dr's office, she say well its a differece between A Dr. and A Dentist, I said not when it come to the adjustment fee, she said we cant drop our prices to please the insurance company, I said but you all are in network with them she say it dont matter, needless to say I got up left the office found me a new Dentist and had'nt been back. So if he's your Dentist check your Explanation of benefits because they are cheating people.
