I had a horrible experience with Dr. Nolan and his receptionist Paula. He asks for a $1,000 dollar deposit before doing any work. He is in the habit of trying to make you sign contracts while you are in the chair. This I find is extremely unprofessional and very pushy. His receptonist is rude and forgets to cancel appointment that you request to be cancelled. Then calls you on that date and lets you know about a "fee" for missing your appointments. I have called four times and asked for an itemized bill for the services. Each time Dr. Nolan's receptionist says she has mailed it. It's been over 6 month's and I'm still waiting. Dr. Nolan's office is the worst dentist office I have ever been too. I will not return and I don't recommend him at all.
