Be prepared to wait. Arrived at 1:45 PM for 2:00 PM appointment, filled out 4 pages of paperwork (too many!) and was called back at 3:03 PM. Waiting area too full ( overbooking?) Staff originally called the wrong person back for my appointment ( used the first name only) Staff went over some of the paperwork again ( waste of time ). Doctors assistant was pregnant. Said she was due in two weeks. This made me nervous. The long wait added to my anxiety.
The doctor was very good. Congenial, good demeanor and mannerisms, professional and proficient. In the chair and out by 3:39 PM, including 5 minute wait for xylocaine to work (36 minutes total time). Some unexpected bruising the next morning on cheek and lip. Swelling & pain within normal range for the procedure performed. Overall the doctor is very good, however the front desk, paperwork and staff need to improve performance. Doubtful, I will utilize this service again despite the doctors very good performance.
