Watch out! After 2 and half years of treatment from Dr. Smith, he asked me to take off braces although he caused odontoparallaxis on my teeth. So I complained about it and he put braces on my teeth again. After 6 months, he asked me to take off braces and I followed his treatment. However, pain started on my upper and lower teeth and got worse as I started wearing retainers. I went to see Dr. Smith and ask about the pain but he couldn't find what caused pain instead he got upset and said he had nothing do further. As the pain got worse and worse, I couldn't get sleep due to the pain. I went to other orthodontists for second opinion and they found the cause of pain and also strongly recommended that I should go back to Dr. Smith as he was full paid for full treatment and Dr. Smith should be able to provide treatment for the pain. So I visited Dr. Smith to give another chance him but he got upset and he didn't provide any treatment. So I informed him of cause of the pain and treatment options available that other orthodontists found and suggested but Dr. Smith disagreed and got upset. Moreover, he didn't provide any treatment to remove pain. He isn't responsible for his treatment caused pain and not professional.
